FluidForce offers extremely competitive compensation, with outstanding pay rates and readily available performance bonus programs. Although pay may vary based on your availability and schedule, our truck drivers typically make at least $1,000 per week to start—and often much more than that.

Yes, we do! In fact, we provide a very competitive benefits package to each of our truck drivers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance and free life, vision, disability and dental insurance coverage. We also offer 401(k) with company match and a helpful Employee Assistance Program. Benefits take effect after 30 days of employment with FluidForce.

Yes, FluidForce is a staffing agency that specializes in long-term assignments with excellent pay and benefits.

Flexibility is one of the top benefits we offer our professional truck drivers. Working with FluidForce means you can spend more time at home and have more control over your schedule. In addition to that, we offer numerous opportunities to grow as a professional and take the next step in your career.

Yes, we do. FluidForce has a broad range of job opportunities available, including full-time, part-time, temporary and temp-to-hire work. You can choose the type of job you are looking for, and we’ll find the right fit for you and your schedule.

You will be compensated for your time at orientation with your first paycheck.

Yes, you may. However, it is better to provide this information before orientation, as this will ensure it is received and approved in time.

You can provide a recent pay stub, W2, or a transcript from the IRS (which can be obtained by contacting the IRS directly).

This information will be provided as part of your orientation packet, which will also include transportation and lodging information.

FluidForce pays drivers on a weekly basis, using direct deposit to your bank account or pre-paid debit card. All employee taxes are deducted from your pay.

If you are driving locally, you will be home every day and have time off on the weekends—unless you prefer to work weekends. Regional drivers are home weekly unless you prefer to stay out on the road for longer periods of time.

After an interview (in person or over the phone), we will decide if your skills and experience are a match for FluidForce. If so, we will make an offer to you, and you will undergo a background check and screening to ensure you meet all DOT requirements. This process usually takes less than one week. Once complete, you may begin driving with us right away.
